Holiday Brook Farm is committed to sharing the bounty and beauty of this incredible farm with our community. Our holistic farm practices follow sustainable, natural models to enhance the health and productivity of our crops, livestock and fields. We rotationally graze our heritage breed hogs, sheep & cattle on lush pasture and hayfields, grow delicious vegetables using our own amazing 'black gold' compost as fertilizer, and practice sustainable forestry in our woodlots and sugarbush.
