Bowie Main Street Farmers Market

I love the Bowie Farmer's Market where the produce ( the fruits really special ) is beautiful and the flowers and plants are extraordinary and reasonably priced. The bread is also fabulous as is the booth where the fresh salsa, jams and jellies, mustards, are sold, all homemade. Even the man who sells coffee and tea has something special. The special events like Oktoberfest,and other seasonal events make it even more festive. The Bowie Farmers Market is also a social event where neighbors get a chance to catch up with each other while buying wonderfully fresh, locally grown wares.
