As a local restaurant owner, I appreciate the ability to support the local farmers, home growers, crafts-people and artisans of our community. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a wonderful concept. Buy local, eat local, thousands of miles fresher. Supporting our local economy while getting to sample the freshest, most delicious produce and other food items available is worth visiting our weekly Farmer's Market. In season, local and delicious.
