Ashe County Farmer's Market

Held on Saturdays and Wednesdays, throughout the summer, in the beautiful mountain mornings! Nice gathering of local people, half-locals, and non-locals, enjoying the fresh produce, plants and products made and grown locally. The arts are "big", up here, and this farmer's market has its share of gifted artisans. One particular Saturday morning, the high school steel drum band played - which I truly enjoyed!
