Farmer Brown Beef

Although I didn't visit the farm, Paul spent time with me on the phone answering all my questions. This is the first time I've bought bulk beef, and my expectations were exceeded. Our local grocer carries frozen grass-fed beef, but some of it is grain finished, not pastured. Farmer Brown's is far better tasting and more tender. So far, I've used various roasts and ground beef. The processor is 2 hrs from Columbia, but the drive was worth it. Just threw the beef into a couple coolers and it had not thawed at all by the time I got it home. I couldn't ask for a better product.
