i had ordered two pigs and on the down side it took about 2 months for us to get the pork from the Amish butcher they recommended. i was a little put off by the wait but forgot everything once i tried the bacon! fatty rich delicious bacon! would buy from them again and i my do it again soon! (once i run out of bacon)

Actually it was us with winter delivery and schedule. Our Amish butcher does a great job. Our fault, not his. We do have several butchers in area that we'll recommend. And will deliver to butcher of your choice.
