I received my order within days of placing it. I ordered Haricot Vert Bean seeds and have already planted them. This is exciting. I also ordered dried shallots. Tomorrow I will be adding them to my spaghetti squash recipe which also calls for garlic and butter....yum. Also included in my order was a complimentary seed packet of beets and a handwritten note from Arlene; so thoughtful. I am so impressed with Local Harvest.
