Stuarts Draft Farm Market

I am the type of cook who is inspired not mainly by recipes, but by the items on sale at the grocery store. I enjoy going to the Stuarts Draft Farm Market as they have a great variety of fruits and vegetables at very affordable prices. Got a yellow watermelon there this year! They offer many choices, from extremely local, to say, North Carolina, and no-spray to low-spray items, and a few conventionally grown. They offer discounts for those who want to buy larger amounts, such as for canning. They also have a decent selection of typical country store items such as jams and jellies, candies, popcorn, etc. Outside of the building they have small garden statuary and seasonal plants (vegetable and flowering). The customer service is great and they have often helped me with my bags when needed.

The only negative I have would be that, due to the nature of their market (non-air conditioned), sometimes you see fruit already starting to go bad. Most, however, is in great shape.
