My order arrived quickly, packaged with care, with a handwritten "thank-you" note and sample gift inside. (They seem passionate about what they do.) We brew their Stevia (natural herb sweetener) right along with loose-leaf tea to pleasantly sweeten it. We make chicken stock with lots of thyme and celery flakes, and we add their Mexican seasonings, cayenne, chili powder, and chili con carne to just about everything. Their Sun Dried Tomato Powder is delicious. We are hoping to try their Pizza seasoning, soon. Their locally grown seasonings have a better taste than that grown abroad, and they're affordable, too, a 4-oz package of thyme or rosemary will more than fill a pint-size mason jar, and their blends are well worth the time and labor put into them. We have actually given thanks for "spices and herbs"" in our prayers, they are that good.
