I would send this in a message rather than a review if I could see where to send a message. Since I don't see that option, I'm writing here. I ordered Shallot Powder but received Dried Shallots. Unfortunately, that will not work for my purposes. I would like to have the Shallot Powder please.

After writing this review I located information about how to contact the seller and called. She apologized and told me to keep the dried shallots and said she will send the shallot powder to me tomorrow. :-)

Ten minutes after we received the call, we sent the correct product, told her to keep the other product and we apologized profusely. We regret making a mistake and causing this valued customer an inconvenience...Home Farm Herbery.
