The Dried Vegetable Mix is the original product I ordered from Home Farm Herbery several years ago & the reason I've continued to come back here. It is outstanding. I mainly use it for making soups. I love soup, but don't want to get canned soup due to excess salt & other ingredients they put in it. This is absolutely the best dried vegetable mix I have come across.
