First email from company: 12 June, swapping out backordered netting for what they had. Totally understandable.
First email to company: 1 July, wondering why no shipping label was created or package arrived two weeks later. Promised that the netting arrived on 27 June and that my order was in front of them.
Second email to company: 8 July, canceling order.
There is a pandemic, I get it. However every other company I've dealt with since then has managed in it. These are food seeds and I am a disabled vet with no subsistence garden for the year because this company chose to lie to me multiple times until it was too late to start one with a different company's seeds. In two decades of shopping online, this is the worst experience I've had. Do not make the same mistake.
