Ordered peanut seeds and planted some in pots and the rest in raised beds. NOT A SINGLE SEED SPROUTED!!!!

Their seeds don't germinate. I purchased three packets of pepper seeds and none of them germinated. They sent me replacement packets and none of those germinated. My Walmart Burpee peppers geminated at about 85% rate. Oh, UF charged me $7.00 to ship 4 slim packets. The shipping label said it cost them $2ish. So they not only sold me bad seeds they also kept my $5. They are thieves.

This company ruined my growing season! Please do not use them. I used 10 seed sellers but 50% of my summer seeds came from them. If you must purchase, please avoid the following seeds as they either did not germinate or were deformed (e.g. deformed corn ears) or misadvertised (e.g. seedless watermelon had tons of seeds) Peanuts (did not grow), watermelon (grew but false advertised as seedless), strawberry roots (did not grow), herbs (tough to no germination)

I pre ordered in January for a march shipment . A week late past the latest shipping date, I emailed and was told they are coming in late and would ship next week. A week later I asked again and received the same message. Not only did I not get a shipment. The asparagus had to go in first so my new 26x18 specialty bed is empty, waiting for what I think is not coming. I think they have a generic copypast or an automated email message. No phone calls answerd either. Not only do I believe that there isnt a gardener working there, there may not be a living person. If I dont have a tra king number or a credit in the morning, I will seek my lost time as well.

Never do business with these people. They do not deliver and do not refund and do not reply to requests

They assign tracking numbers and don?t ship. Forget about a phone response. They don?t answer it. I?m not going to trouble them with being a customer. I?m just going to reverse the charges to my credit card and forget i ever heard of them.

I ordered several hundred dollars worth of seeds from this company as well as sweet potato and asparagus starts. The sweet potato and asparagus starts arrived covered in mold. I emailed their customer service twice and never received a response. Additionally, none of the other vegetable or flower seeds ever sprouted.

Website promised 10% discount in exchange for my email; didn't see any way to add that to my order before checkout so I didn't submit. Then I decided eh it's not that much discount anyway, went back and submitted the order. Did not receive a receipt. Checked spam folder, nothing. Wanted to show the spouse what I'd ordered, can't without a receipt or an order number. Contacted customer service about no discount no receipt no way to show what I'd ordered; reply from Laura Asuras offered NO apology, no remedy except to check spam folder, no copy of receipt, no mention of discount and "have a blessed rest of your day." Charming. On my THIRD try got a copy of the receipt along with some additional snark and still no apology. At least now I don't care about the 10% because I would never order from them again--and that was BEFORE I came here and read all these other bad reviews! AVOID!!

Received faulty product, refused to refund money. I got scammed out of over $1,700.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. My order was missing a packet of seeds which the packing slip "claimed" my money was refunded. After many attempts to reach them by phone, I left 3 voice mails and 3 email inquiries. They have never responded to any of my inquiries. Do not order from this business!

Haven't received it yet, but I had made my order smaller because of the reviews claiming they didn't ship. I will give five stars if the seeds I ordered are to spec, but don't make the same mistake I did.

They got me for $30. Said they'd issue refund. Never received. Then stopped replying. Then claimed they'd send a check. I didn't pay with a check. Don't let them take your money like they did mine. Total scammers. Surprised they're still in business.

I placed an order in the morning and I got an email that the order shipped that afternoon. This was the fastest order that I have ever had to ship this fast. Great ? job

Ordered: 23 April, seeds and netting

First email from company: 12 June, swapping out backordered netting for what they had. Totally understandable.

First email to company: 1 July, wondering why no shipping label was created or package arrived two weeks later. Promised that the netting arrived on 27 June and that my order was in front of them.

Second email to company: 8 July, canceling order.

There is a pandemic, I get it. However every other company I've dealt with since then has managed in it. These are food seeds and I am a disabled vet with no subsistence garden for the year because this company chose to lie to me multiple times until it was too late to start one with a different company's seeds. In two decades of shopping online, this is the worst experience I've had. Do not make the same mistake.

All of the questions regarding order were answered immediately and order received as quoted. Very happy with service and seed.

I ordered a number of seed packets on April 1st from them. My (Paypal) account was immediately assessed the amount. Then.........nothing for days, weeks, nada, NOTHING! Finally, after a very pointed email they responded with a tracking number OVER TWO WEEKS AGO I still have nothing from them. I am literally located within a 1/2 day drive of their facility so I am pretty sure it's not the USPS that's the problem. I appreciate all of the Virus related delays but this is ridiculous. Last time I will ever use this company for garden seeds--that's for sure. Go elsewhere!

This company won't respond to emails, answer phone calls (and the voicemail is full) or respond to online messages. Over 2 weeks since my order was placed and I cant get any shipping info, a response on an incorrect shipping charge or a refund for a coupon code that isn't working. They had the nerve to ask for a review still - my review is that they are scammers and I will need to make a fraud complaint against them and contact the BBB to hopefully either receive my order or get a refund.

I contacted Urban Farmer repeatedly but received no response.

Ordered seeds and got them quickly. Seed looks good and excited to plant. Will update with how the seeds do.

I ordered some wheatgrass seeds from ufseeds.com. When they arrived, I followed a widely accepted practice for germinating those seeds. After 10 days and no germination I contacted ufseeds.com to share the method I was following and asked for any advice. I received no response to my inquiry to that email. I followed up numerous times with email and phone messages to seek resolution for either a replacement of the seeds or a refund on my purchase, to which there was no response. I notified ufseeds.com (by email) last week that if they did not contact me with a resolution by today, I would begin the process of a formal complaint. To date, I have not received any response. I would not recommend doing business with ufseeds.com
