Website promised 10% discount in exchange for my email; didn't see any way to add that to my order before checkout so I didn't submit. Then I decided eh it's not that much discount anyway, went back and submitted the order. Did not receive a receipt. Checked spam folder, nothing. Wanted to show the spouse what I'd ordered, can't without a receipt or an order number. Contacted customer service about no discount no receipt no way to show what I'd ordered; reply from Laura Asuras offered NO apology, no remedy except to check spam folder, no copy of receipt, no mention of discount and "have a blessed rest of your day." Charming. On my THIRD try got a copy of the receipt along with some additional snark and still no apology. At least now I don't care about the 10% because I would never order from them again--and that was BEFORE I came here and read all these other bad reviews! AVOID!!
