I thought I didn't like bratwurst. Then I tried Dutch Hill Farm's brats, which were extraordinary, and concluded I just hadn't tried truly good brats before. The pork is the best I've ever had, especially the tender, buttery ham steaks, and all the sausages we were lucky to try were excellent. I only wish we could buy Anna and Billy's meat down here in Maryland...as it is, we'll just have to wait til the next time we visit.

I've eaten many pounds of the Dutch Hill Farm ham, pork sausages (mild italian, hot italian, bratwursts), lamb, and bacon. My German husband attests that they are best brats he has eaten. I really think it's the highest quality meat I've eaten. It's light years better than what we can get at upscale grocery stores, and it's also better than other meat I've gotten at farmer's markets. I only wish I lived local to upstate NY or mail ordering were feasible, because Dutch Hill Farm meat would become my sole source of pork and lamb. I also think it's under priced considering the quality. You should try it!

Recently purchased Anna and Billy's pork! I have purchased local pork before but never was it this good! YUM! I especially love it with my Pied Piper Maple Syrup!
Can't wait to taste the lamb chops they just delivered!!!!

The pork chops, ribs, ham steaks, bacon and sausage I've had over the last couple of years have all been outstanding. Their lamb sausage is also amazing. My only problem is not being able to buy the meat locally in NYC, and my freezer isn't big enough. Any chance you'll be selling at NYC farmers markets in the future? Also I noticed rhubarb on the list, so I'll have to try that too next time we're getting more meat.
Overall I highly recommend these meats if you can get them, it will probably be the best pork chop you've ever tasted.

I recently had my first taste of steak from Dutch Hill Farm and honestly, I thought I had discovered an entirely new and wonderful food group! I'm not much of a red meat eater -- but that's obviously because I had never tasted a steak quite like this before. Incredibly tender, tremendously flavorful and simply beyond delicious. Dutch Hill Farm is a gem!

I had Dutch Hill Farm's meat at a dinner party. It was really exceptional. The lamb sausage was fantastic! We heard Savenor's on Charles St. in Boston carried their products. We went and it was sold out. I'll keep looking.

We had a chance to visit Dutch Hill Farm and loved it. The Berkshire pork we got from the Dallam's was the best we ever had. This is a great family farm.

A friend brought us some of the lamb sausages. We grilled it and it was, honestly, mind-blowingly good.
