Having the time of our life, we stumbled upon Main Course with great expectations. We certainly got what we came for. The Food was TOP-NOTCH, the service was both personal and whole-hearted, and the atmosphere was outstanding. We were in contact with Robert Jacobi for about a week before we stepped into his establishment. I'd seen a flyer/menu pamphlet in a local business, and my heart (and tummy) went "pitter, patter." I thought to myself, "this is what I've been searching for!" I set up a lunch "meeting" through Facebook with Mr. Jacobi, and he immediately responded, "YES!" So we came in, and had what was probably the best lunch we'd had all year. The internet is a great tool, and I for one, love food. I've come in contact with at least a half-dozen chefs who support their restaurants online, and they've all welcomed me in (in the near future) with open arms. Robert was the first to have my company, but certainly not the last. Thanks Robert for a great meal, and a true friendship.

I go to Main Course California for the free range beef and chicken. The beef they serve there is also grass fed and grass finished. They serve a wide variety of dishes there which are always changing, so you never get bored!

The hidden treasure at Main Course California are thier cooking classes. They usually will have 1 - 2 classes a month covering different topics such as preserves, pickles, mediterranean, cajun ... the list keeps going on because they keep adding new and exciting classes. Chef Rachel and her support crew run a very high energy class and the food we get to eat afterwards is really, really good too.

I recently had the pleasure of eating lunch at Main Course California. The staff was very helpful and the owner, Robert, took time out from his cooking duties to offer a nice selection of sandwiches, cookies and cakes. It was a welcome break from my hectic day...thanks!
