The Jam & Jelly Lady has the best products that I have found locally. The quality is superior to any other product. I absolutely love all of the jams that Sonya makes, but Pear Honey is my favorite. Sometimes I lick the cinnamon stick (even though I shouldn't).

Ditto to Sheri's comments. Had a wonderful time learning the canning magic and can't wait to get my pressure cooker and start stocking up! Highly recommend this class to anyone interested in eating local year round!

Just finished the all day Beginner's Canning class and I walked away with a ton of information! Learned about water bath and pressure canning techniqes, equipment, safety tips and even non canning food preservation. Had a great lunch and met a great group of ladies. Overall a really fun and informative way to spend the day! I can't wait to sign up for some of the Master's Classes. At the end of the class we got to sample some of the different products she makes and they were all delicious. Well worth the time and money!

I live in South Carolina and when I run out of the Jam Lady Jam I feel empty. It is sooooo good. My favorite is Strawberry-Rhubarb. But, her lemon curd is to die for. Am making a trip to Ohio soon and plan to load up

I've been purchasing Sonya's jams for several years, and they are always wonderful. A favorite of mine and my friends' is the PEAR HONEY.... YUM!!! I'm spoiled now, and will probably never be able to buy supermarket jams again. I also attended one of Sonya's beginner's canning classes last year, and I've since been making and canning my own jams, and canning tomatoes. Not only is Sonya a spectacular cook, she is also a sweet and wonderful person, and her classes are very informative and FUN!

I ordered a case of mixed jams from the Jam Lady. I work at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts with lots of BIG guys who are pretty picky. They loved the jam and we ordered more. The Christmas Jam is the bomb!
