Welcome to our shop in the countryside of historic Lebanon, Ohio! Local farmers grow fabulous Ohio fruits, veggies, and honey for our cannery, and we combine these fresh local ingredients into mouthwatering jams. Our 1,000-sq. ft. cannery is located on our small farm, and is certified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. Besides teaching Beginners and Masters Canning Classes in our kitchen, Sonya speaks to Ohio health departments about managing the safety of other small batch canneries. In addition, she is certified in Thermal Process Control by the FDA. Our Boot Camp Beginner's Canning Class has readied hundreds of canners from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Illinois, Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, and even Canada for dealing with their garden's surplus bounty! Our products are available from our website and through our culinary shop in beautiful downtown Lebanon.

Nestled in the rolling hills of Lebanon, Ohio, our Summer Kitchen "bottles" the seasons! Local farmers provide most of our berries, veggies, and honey. We turn the raw produce into amazing jams, preserves, conserves, and chutneys. No pectin in our jams: just fresh fruit, cane sugar, and organic lemon juice. This unique soft jam is perfect for stirring into yogurt, pouring over cream cheese, or drizzling on cheesecake. Stop in our shop for a taste!
