We are one of the families that split with the Manns, and just had the roast. I was surprised at how tender it was considering the leanness of the cut. Also, it's comforting to know that the meat was raised hormone and antibiotic free. Thanks Mike and Susan.

We just purchased 2 quarters and split them among 8 families. Everyone is really enjoying their share - we all received several select cuts as well as a host of ground beef. The steaks were nice, thick cuts - very lean. The ground beef is also very lean, very tasty, of much higher quality than what you can find at a regular grocery store. We will definitely be purchasing more beef from the Clarks in the future. This is a fantastic product for a very reasonable price, and you have the added benefit of knowing where your beef comes from (local), raised responsibly and without antibiotics or hormones. Thanks Green Acres! Sincerely, Amy Mann

What makes your beef so good was how tender it was and how much flavor it has. We could actually have cut the rib eye steaks with a fork! Anne Leach

Mike, Your beef is out of this world. We grilled the rib eyes on Sat. and they were the best steaks we've ever had and then on Sunday we grilled the london broil after I had marinated it over night and it was the first london broil I've ever had that wasn't so tough you couldn't even chew. I will never buy beef again from Krogers as long as you sell it! In the past I've bought Laura's all natural beef and it's tasteless and tough. I switched to Kroger's all natural Private Selection beef and it was better than Laura's but still not anywhere near as good as yours! I'm so pleased. I would love to get a 25 lb package for my son for Christmas or his birthday in Aug. but just have to figure out how to get it to Richmond, Va without thawing out. Thanks again so much, Anne Leach

I love beef, but for years I have tried to eat less because I was concerned about the additives and the treatment of the commercially raised cattle. Then I tried Green Acres Beef. I was impressed by the flavor and tenderness of the meat. For example the hamburger is the best I have ever cooked, extremely lean and tasty. After talking to Mr Clark I was impressed with how well his cattle are raised. I enjoy supporting a local farmer. The pricing of the meat is in line with the quality received. I highly recommend Green Acres Beef.

This is some of the best beef I have ever tasted. It's local, natural, and humanely raised. Not only is it tasty, but it feels good knowing where my food is coming from and how it's been cared for. I highly recommend Green Acres Farm beef.

I rarely ate beef for many years until I found out about the beef from Green Acres Farm. Not only is it tender and delicious, but I feel good about eating a healthy beef product. I also appreciate the effort it takes to ensure the health of the animals and the farm in order to raise beef naturally. And best of all, I'm supporting a local farmer. I am a big beef eater. I have never had beef any better than what I have gotten from Mr. Clark's farm. The meat is very lean and the cuts are tender. I use a lot of ground beef for hamburgers, chilie, meat balls, etc. and this product is the best I have ever used. It's lean and tasty. It sure beats going to the grocery and buying beef that contains no telling what and comes from no telling where. I have visited Mr. Clark's farm and he has made lots of improvements to the property and all animals seem to be treated humanely. I would highly recommend his product.
