The Alcorn State University Extension Program (ASUEP) established the Natchez Farmers Market in 2002 to provide fresh, quality, and locally grown produce, arts, crafts, entertainment, and educational programs to residents of Natchez, Mississippi and surrounding counties. During the growing season, approximately twenty farmers market their produce at the farmers market.
