Planting Peace Farm is a small diversified vegetable farm using organic methods of production. There will not be a 2014 CSA as I am having a baby in May! I will be growing for the Lansing Roots Multi-farm CSA, and would recommend you to them wholeheartedly! You can find more info here: http://greaterlansingfoodbank.org/programs/lansing-roots/csa/ I was a farmer through the Lansing Roots Incubator Farm program last year, it it is a fabulous organization that supports small scale beginning farmers. They also welcome volunteers. Some things we grow: Heirloom tomatoes and heirloom beans, squash, eggplant, heirloom pumpkins and melons, salad greens, cooking greens, radishes, carrots, turnips, parsnips, and potatoes. Our goal is to provide the highest quality vegetables raised in an environmentally responsible way, and to provide safe, wholesome, and nutritious food for our family and customers.
