It's Farmer's Market season. We are at the IFA Year Round Farmer's Market each Saturday morning from 9-noon. This year we have a really good variety of greens growing in our new twin hoop houses. What a treat, your greens are now protected from the Beryl W-I-N-D, which has been blowing at 30 mph for a couple of weeks... First one way, and then the other. The lamb crop is awesome. You may place your reservations for custom-processed (in Cedar City) at any time now. Secure your lamb by making early payment. New this year, purchase a 4 visit subscription good for any of our market locations or our farm. For $40 you get $48 worth of produce or eggs across the life of your subscription. No need to attend successive weeks. You can visit twice in one week if you choose. We can also double the subscription to $80 and you'll get $96 worth of produce and eggs. We love conducting farm tours by appointment only.
