Smith Family Farms is a family-run, woman-veteran-owned farm near Camden, Arkansas. We are preparing for our first full growing season in 2027, with a farm stand soft opening planned for April.
Our planned offerings include seasonal vegetables, culinary herbs, fresh-cut flowers, bouquets, and chicken and duck eggs. We also plan to offer extra vegetable and flower starts for home gardens. Harvest availability will vary by crop and weather, with our main produce season expected to run April through November.
Our story connects four generations and land Aaron’s grandparents, Adele and Burl Briner, farmed more than 60 years ago. Sam’s grandmother, Pearline Carneal, passed down her love of flowers, vegetable gardening, scratch baking and preserving the harvest. Together, we’re teaching the next generation these practical skills and the value of hard work.
Our first-year farm stand will operate from our spacious covered carport. We look forward to welcoming neighbors for fresh local products, shared recipes and seasonal community gatherings. Opening dates and visiting hours will be announced as the season approaches.
Rooted in family. Grown for our community.
