Our agricultural and animal husbandry practices are "old-style" organic, humane, natural and sustainable. Our poultry are free-range, living out their lives chasing each other, raising their babies, grubbing and eating bugs, indigenous plants and organic whole grains.

We ascribe to the "FARMER'S PLEDGE" developed by NOFA-NY (which was discontinued in 2020 due to farmers abusing it).

Farmer veterans, the disabled, and young farmers just starting out may lease parts of our land in exchange for labor. They may also obtain ownership of livestock (sheep, goats, chickens, and/or geese) in exchange for labor.

Our products may be purchased on the farm (by appointment only) or through the Norwich Farmers Market-Mobile home deliveries (FB: "Norwich NY Farmers Market").

Eggs, produce (veggies, berries, fruit), herbs, crafts, flowers, whole frozen chicken, goose, USDA inspected lamb and goat meat.

We provide free home delivery for infirmed or medically compromised customers within 8 miles of the Farm. All others see our web page for delivery costs. The owners donated this farm to a nonprofit Lamb's Quarters, Inc. and obtained its 501(c)3 status. You may now make tax deductible donations to help us operate the farm and teach new farmers how to grow.
