The Maiden Farmer

The Maiden Farmer is a female run farm in Northern New Jersey growing USDA certified organic heirloom produce and pasture raised heritage poultry on our 70 acre farm. We use sustainable organic farming methods to grow nutrient rich, savory produce year-round to share with our community. Willow Creek Farm, the home of The Maiden Farmer, is a family farm in the bucolic hamlet of Bedminster. The property has been a horse and hay farm for the past 20 years, but historically it was a Dutch dairy farm owned by the Cowperthwaite family. We have rich soils, shady woodland and nutrient-rich riparian banks. We practice sustainable means of growing crops, enriching the soil naturally, completely without the use of herbicides, pesticides, or any yucky stuff. We offer a 20 week CSA, as well as a variety of 100% grass-fed, certified organic dairy, meats and pasture raised poultry from our partner farm in PA. We open our arms to the community and invite you to come by for a visit!
