OUR MISSION:
To cultivate self-sufficient, confident and joyful youth who enthusiastically pursue their career and life goals through internships, training and entrepreneurship.
The Supa Fresh Youth Farm is designed to be a learning space in which underserved youth can earn money while learning about sustainable agricultural practices, being good stewards to the environment, plant and soil science, & healthy nutritional habits. They also develop entrepreneurial skills, learn about business management, customer service, & teamwork by running a CSA and a stand at local Farmers Markets. Approximately 80 local youth work at the farm every year. They grow a wide variety of produce, herbs and flowers using sustainable, organic methods. We also offer classes at the farm for youth to earn credit in school.
FARMERS MARKET:

Community Supported Agriculture (CSAs) are a great way to buy delicious, sustainably-grown, fresh, local & seasonal food directly from the farmer. CSAs are also a great way to learn about new vegetables & recipes, encouraging you to cook healthy foods while enjoying the seasonal bounty.
For $500 you will get 16 weeks of delicious, fresh, seasonal vegetables, herbs, flowers & more; plus you get the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped empower your local youth.
CSA and market profits are used to pay our youth farmers & to purchase tools & supplies for the farms.
