We are a small family farm that uses greenhouses and more traditional methods of growing in order to provide several varieties of fresh lettuce, herbs, and microgreens to farmers markets and restaurants in the Charlotte area year-round.
While our use of greenhouses helps reduce the need to use pesticides, we do utilize organic pest-control methods when necessary.
Additionally, we use high tunnels and more traditional methods of farming to grow seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, melons, beans, and peas.
As a local family farm, we are thankful for the opportunity to cultivate long-term relationships with our customers and to raise our children with a sense of contribution to our livelihood.
