Tegeler Farm

We are a small family farm that focuses on healthy living soil, instead of destroying the land with herbicides and synthetic fertilizers we do a variety of natural practices that help nurture the land. The animals we raise on the farm are to us what round up and chemical fertilizers are to industrial farmers. We raise them on pasture outside and only feed them a non GMO supplemental diet. Our pasture raised chicken move through the pasture in mobile chicken tractors that house 75 birds at a time. They are moved away from there manure and greeted with a smorgasbord of bugs, grubs and leafy greens daily. The thanksgiving turkeys we raise are treated with the same love and car, you wont find any confinement barns on our farm. Everything we grow is either raised on pasture from pigs to chickens and our gardens are fertilized with the waste from the animals that were on the pasture. Needless to say, we love our grass.
