This is our fifth year now and Tom harvested quite a lot of Wildflower Honey(nine years of Beekeeping history). Our protocals' involve a VERY minimal use of any chemicals,and no antibiotics. This years honey was bottled in Glass Muth Jars in an Apiary specific method much the way Winemakers bottle Single Vineyard selections. The Bees are kept at six separate locations each having its own subtle variations. We still have some produce, eggs, kiko goats and have started raising a few hogs
