Open on the third Friday of the month.

The Arc of Washington County (The Arc WC) is a private non-profit agency for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We strive to empower all to achieve meaningful lives. In addition to being open to our more than 500 full and part-time employees, the people who we support, and their families, our market is promoted and open to the general public.

When we surveyed our employees, 78% said they thought a farmers market on-campus would be an excellent idea. We love the idea of having fresh farm-to-table ingredients readily available and we would be supporting our local farmers, too. Items sold at our market must be locally grown, produced, or made in Maryland, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.

We care about the well-being of our employees, the people we support, and our community. We promote a message of ?Healthy by choice, not by chance.?

Our vendors offer locally grown produce, pasture-raised chicken, angus beef, veal, lamb, pork, gluten-free baked goods, eggs, honey, cow and goat?s milk cheeses, fresh flowers, organically produced baked goods, organic, hand-blended, loose-leaf teas, goat-milk soaps and lotions, and sweet and savory flavored peanuts and popcorn.
