We are a small family-owned farm that started in 1998. We have been growing on a 5 acre plot of our land in a seasonal operation and grow a wide variety of produce. We practice the Natural way of farming. We live the farming way of life and pass on the close relationship to the land to our friends at many farmers markets that we are members of. From our homegrown farm fresh produce, homestyle canned jams, jellies, salsa, pickles, old fashioned homemade soap and more -- all produced on our farm. Our name may be "Uncertain", but you can be certain of the quality of our farm fresh produce and homestyle canning products that we provide to our friends and customers. We built our first Greenhouse back in Oct. '10. We now have Arugula, Broccoli. Romain, Spinach, and Swiss Chard. All grown using organic methods. We are proud to announce that our farm fresh produce will be included in many of the dishes served at Francesca's at Sunset located at Westin La Cantera Resort. I had the privilege to show my farm to Philippe Wilhelm and Executive Chef John Armstrong, to walk down the rows, explain our farming techniques and how these can benefit the culinary creations of their restaurant. I was equally honored to be a part of the filming of "www.goodtastewithTanji.com" and Chef Armstrong to air in May.
