Waxing Moon Gardens is a small market garden helping feed the local community. We cultivate the land inspired by permaculture principles and practical techniques. We have a CSA and go to the Tamworth Farmer's market to share our fresh produce. Over 30 different herbs, veggies and fruits are offered over the season.
