Slow Food in the Tetons

The People's Market exists to build community thru food, art, music and family, while celebrating products produced locally. The People's Market will be at the Lutheran Church, next to the Recreation Center on Wednesday evenings from 4:00 to 7:00. The fair will run June 23rd to September 22nd. The focus of the People's Market is community, with the main emphasis on locally produced foods. The vision of The People's Market's incorporates all aspects of the community by providing a venue to gather and enjoy what Teton County and the surrounding area produces locally. The market will provide a venue for farmers, food producers, artists, musicians and brewers. Additionally the market will provide fresh nutritious produce and foods to low income customers through the Wyoming Food Stamps program. If we are what we eat, we should eat from our community and be in touch with the bounty of natural resources the Tetons have to offer.
