Hazel Valley Farms is three families working to achieve their dreams to cultivate better living for ourselves, our neighbors, and our community through sustainable agriculture. Our vision is to provide our community with delicious, healthy, and sustainably harvested produce. Our products are naturally grown, which means we never grow with synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
