Carter's Honey is produced from the nectar of 18 wildflower varieties all native to Indiana. Harvesting, extracting and bottling activities take place at our honey farm in Auburn, IN.

We are a small producer of all natural raw honey. We do not heat or filter our honey and only natural products are used in our hives for controlling disease and pests.

Our main focus is growing happy, healthy, great tasting pasture poultry.
