The Edible Landscapes

We love having the freshest food on our table and we want to share that with you! This spring we will have asparagus, rhubarb, spinach, kale, lettuce and peas. Soon to follow are strawberries, broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. The summer bounty includes cukes, summer squash, pickles, herbs, edamame beans, green beans and corn. Later this summer the tomatoes ripen. There will be plenty for slicing, salsa and juice. Don't forget the wide variety of peppers, especially pimentos and much,much more through out the growing season!
