Pine Run Gardens

What is Pine Run Garden? Pine Run Garden (originally Pine Run Community Farm) is the first community supported farm esablished in Lycoming County. It is located in Linden, 20 minutes west of Williamsport and ten minutes east of Jersey Shore. The property consists of about 55 acres of pastures, streams, forests and fields. Approximately five acres are being cultivated. Our Main Goals: - To provide healthy foods grown locally without the use of pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers. - To farm in a way that is sustainable and ecologically sound so as to naturally increase and maintain the fertility of the soil, and to preserve the forests, streams, wetlands and wildlife that comprise the farm ecosystem. - To esablish and strengthen the connection between the surrounding community and the earth by providing a place to experienc nature by creatimg grower/consumer partnerships and by offering educational programs.
