We grow real food with no chemicals!
Since there are so many different vegetables in our gardens, it may be easier to think of what we can make with them. All these items are made in our on-site commercial kitchen:
Spaghetti sauce: Tomatoes, onions, garlic, oregano, parsley.
Salsa: Hot peppers, green peppers, onions, tomatoes.
Pickles: Cucumbers, dill, peppers.
Dilly beans: Green beans, dill, garlic.
And of course, vegetables for freezing or canning: Tomatoes, beans, spinach, kale, swiss chard, cabbages, brussel sprouts and many more.
Root crops store great for winter use: potatoes, acorn squash, butternut squash and onions.
And we also add fun stuff! Okra, sweet potatoes and anything else that makes us smile.
All our animals are raised on fresh, green pasture everyday. Every week from March through November, our on-site butcher shop processes beautiful meat chickens. We offer all cuts such as boneless thigh meat, halves for grilling and even ground chicken. From August through November we also process our own pasture raised turkeys and create kitchen time savers like pulled leg meat (think pulled pork) and even turkey breakfast sausage. Our pork leaves the field in April and is sent to a USDA butcher shop to come back as amazing chops, sausages and hams.
