Winter Greens Farm began as Betsy's Farm in Warner New Hampshire in 2005. We moved to Winslow, Maine in 2007 where we farmed for 4 years before settling in Canton, North Carolina in 2011. We were certified organic in New Hampshire, Maine and for 2 years in North Carolina and still only use practices approved for organic production. As our new farm name implies we specialize in growing greens of all kinds in the winter months as well as seasonal produce for our online market customers and farmers market sales.
