Button Farm Living History Center

Family Farm
The Button Farm Living History Center provides visitors with a hands-on opportunity to learn about Maryland's history. Come visit us to learn about the Underground Railroad, slavery, rural life in the mid-nineteenth century and more. We are offering a limited number of shares in our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. This will be our CSA's fifth year, with proceeds going to help fund the operation of the Button Farm, including restoration of our 1900 house and our Civil War era barn. Although we are not as yet certified organic, we do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our farm. For more information, visit our website, www.buttonfarm.org.
