York Farm is a diversified vegetable and egg farm outside of Mount Airy, NC. We grow a large variety of vegetables using entirely organic methods. Currently we distribute through a CSA (see details below) and wholesale accounts with local restaurants and stores. Although we are not USDA certified, you can trust that everything we do keeps the health of our food and customers at first priority. We use only organic seeds for both food crops and cover crops as well as organic-approved fertilizers and compost. Our chickens are fed the highest quality organic chicken feed and free range on rotating pasture. The land has been in our family for about 115 years and we are revitalizing it through agricultural practices that will nurture the soil and provide the healthiest produce to our community! Come out to the farm and see for yourself!
