CSA Heirloom Salad Club offers lettuce (over 35 rotating varieties of heirloom lettuce), cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs (basil, chives, thyme, parsley, ect) snap peas, baby zucinni, field greens, edible flowers, mustards, everything for the perfect heirloom salad.
Your salad basket each week should include 2-3 large lettuce, a fistfull of herbs, enough basil for a pesto, 1/2lb peas, a few baby zucinni, a sprinkling of edible flowers, a cucumber or two or three, tomatoes. Other field vegetables will be available for purchase at the farmstand in West Dennis all summer & fall.
