Berea Gardens

Berea Gardens is a family owned* diversified vegetable farm that also provides training for people interested in developing skills in sustainable agriculture. Our Farm and Agriculture Center is driven by our desire to educate people about the hazards of the standard American diet, and the healthy alternatives presented by fresh, locally and sustainably grown foods. We grow a wide variety of fresh produce, and do it year 'round by making use of greenhouses and other season extending structures. We are also developing a regional seed bank to preserve as many of the historic open-pollinated varieties acclimated to this area that we can find.
