Hines Family Farm

Although we offer many locally grown items, we specialize in fresh strawberries, heirloom and hybrid tomatoes, and sweet corn. Our store contains many additional products like honey, eggs, jams, jellies, mustard slaw, and desserts during the farm season!

We are listed as conventional since we are not certified organic or naturally grown, but each year we get closer and closer. Currently we grow nearly everything in plastic mulch with a fertigation system that introduces organic safe fertilizers into the irrigation water, allowing us to conserve precious resources and stay away from harmful herbicides in all the production areas. This is followed by less insect pressure and disease since our plants can grow deeper, healthier root systems.
