Levelland Farm is a small farm with 2 acres in vegetable production and 1 acre in pasture for laying hens (multi-colored eggs) and broiler production. We strive to use heritage breeds when possible and mimic the animal's more natural living conditions. We hope to expand our meat production with the addition of pigs in the near future. We use mostly heirloom vegetable varieties but also use hybrids for disease resistance when needed. Our mission is to provide Southeast Missouri and surrounding areas with fresh, healthily grown vegetables. We work closely with a local restaurant and have a small CSA. We also do several markets a week. We feed leftover food and food waste to our chickens in addition to a mix of non-GMO grains that are grown locally.

Upcoming Events

We produce vegetables with a focus on taste, maintaining diversity & soil health. Cooking is becoming a lost art: we provide recipes, tips, and information on how to cook our vegetables, eggs, and meat. One of the best ways to increase health is to eat more vegetables as part of a balanced diet.
