Chicken Dog Farm

Chicken Dog Farm is a small farm and self-serve roadside farm stand open year round. All products are grown at the farm or are produced locally. During the growing season, we grow many different varieties of tomatoes, plum and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet/bell and hot peppers, eggplant, watermelon, zucchini, green beans, lima beans, peas and okra. For the 2011 growing season, we will be expanding the lineup with broccoli, cauliflower, celery, leaf and head lettuces, spinach, cantaloupe, radishes, and a few more other surprises. All fruits and vegetables are picked daily for guaranteed freshness and taste! Chicken Dog Farm offers farm fresh brown eggs year-round. These are large brown eggs that feature deep-golden yolks, rich in Omega-3. Unlike the eggs you buy in the grocery store which are often several weeks, if not months old, these eggs are collected, washed, and sold daily for a guaranteed farm fresh taste! Brown eggs are $3.00/dozen. In addition to fresh vegetables, cut flowers, and eggs, we will be growing and selling annual bedding plants, including vegetable transplants and annual flowers, this season.
