Greene Family Farm in Shelby offers raw milk; lamb; woods-raised pork; pastured chicken and eggs; fresh herbs, garlic, ginger, Thai roselle hibiscus, and turmeric in season; jams and jellies; herbal teas and seasonings; and seasonal produce. Mobile A-frames shelter the pastured hens and meat birds. Oak and hickory trees shelter the cows and pigs. Cover crops and earthworms build soil in the produce beds. Derek and Sherri Greene work with their children to grow healthy food for your table. You will be able to taste the difference.

We stock hard-to-find items: raw milk; lamb; uncured pork belly, fat back, and pork hocks; leaf fat for lard; beef tallow; unseasoned ground pork; pork liver and organs for making livermush; chicken livers, and chicken feet.
