2015: Closed - will post updates if things change. 2014: Closed Besides growing food for ourselves and others, we are forming a community of independent, like-minded families interesting in living sustainably. In the Summer of 2011, we bought an abandoned farm in need of repair - both soil and buildings. In 2012, we started a small CSA and had success in providing a variety of vegetables, and eggs, over 18 weeks. We've also planted several fruiting perennials in hopes of providing even more in future shares or pick-your-own, including raspberries, blackberries, currants, figs and kiwis! For 2013, we're looking forward to a bigger, better CSA having more experience under our belts and planning in the works. We plan on starting the Food Forest in earnest, which will provide more eggs and likely chickens in the CSA share next year. But we can't do it alone!
