Chippewa Valley Produce was started by Dusti Larson and Shawn Bartholomew in 2008. Dusti and Shawn farm in a sustainable manner to preserve the soil, water and other valuable natural resources for future generations. We believe the soil is the heart and soul of our farming operation and all measures are taken to assure the soil is well cared for. Cover crops and intensive soil management are employed to rebuild the microbiology ecosystem of the soil. We believe in a ecological based pest management that emphasizes on biological control and biodiversity. No herbicides or pesticides are sprayed on the farm. In return we accept a certain amount of crop loss due to pests, disease and weather.

Upcoming Events

We are a small family farm 8 miles West of Eau Claire in Elk Mound. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides and we grow as sustainable as we can. We mainly grow produce but we also have hogs on the farm to help build the soil and create compost for us. We offer our produce for sale at farmer's markets in the area, small CSA, and also offer wholesale.
