Penn Quarter FRESHFARM Market

The Penn Quarter FRESHFARM Market is located at the north end of 8th Street, NW near E Street, NW. The Downtown Business Improvement District and the nearby merchants and residents support this producer-only farmers' market. Delicious locally grown fruits, veggies, cut flowers, plants, handmade soaps, meats, cheeses, eggs and more are available every week. Market is open rain, snow or shine! EBT/Food Stamps can be redeemed at the information table for fresh and healthy foods. All EBT customers and WIC/Senior coupon customers will receive Matching Dollar tokens up to $15. Additionally, this market is one of our CSA pick up locations! Our multi-farm FRESHFARM Markets CSA is unique, because we source the produce directly from our farmers and vendors selling at our participating markets. Our full season CSA is a 20 share/23 week program, with three days of your choice to opt out. Your options of share include a medium share (5-7 items) for $25 a week/$500 total and a full share (8-10 items) for $35 a week/$700 total. Depending on what's available at a gieven market, you have the option of orderinga weekly add-on of dairy, eggs, bread or market treats for $5 a week. EBT and Matching Dollars is accepted. For the 2015 season, the Penn Quarter FRESHFARM Market will be open April through December 17th.
